It can be customised for individual users and for different access permissions, and lets you control who can view or update the data within your organisation.

Plug-and-play reporting components that provide import and export of data in multiple formats: OLAP Cubes, MS Office tools (MS Access, MS Excel), Business Objects (optional), HTML, XML, XBRL and Acrobat, but also text files and data pumps.

Financial Studio Web Portal
Access to business information and financial data directly from any web browser makes real-time centralised information easy to share right across the enterprise. It can be securely connected to the Internet and to the organisation's existing intranet. Access to information is controlled, secure mechanisms are availabe for functions such as authoring, approval, version control, scheduled publishing, indexing and searching.

Archiving & history management
User-defined, long-term or permanent storage of financial and business information at summary or detailed level is enabled within Financial Studio. Archiving of less frequently accessed historical data through a dual data-aging approach helps to reduce costs, ensures fast and easy access to historical data, and boosts system performance by optimising database retrieval times and storage overheads.
